The tenth annual Mid-Atlantic Spring League returns and brings together the top clubs from New Jersey and Pennsylvania for a true battle royal. Every weekend delivers high-level matchups, rivalry energy, and the chance to prove who runs the Mid-Atlantic. The season ends with playoffs and championship Sunday, where one team in each division is crowned the definitive champion.

Game of the Week / Player of the Game

We will feature a Game of the Week every weekend. Matchups will be chosen through social media voting, giving players, parents, and fans a chance to help decide which game gets the spotlight. Once selected, the NXT media team will be on site providing live scoring updates and photos across our social channels.

Coaches from the winning team will then select a standout athlete to be named Player of the Game. Each winner will receive a unique prize and take part in a quick postgame interview.

Gameplay

  • AA and A divisions
  • 12-minute running quarters with 1 minute between quarters and a 3-minute halftime
  • Modified US Lacrosse rules

Rules

General Schedule

  • All teams are scheduled to play 8 games (6 regular season – 2 consolation/playoff games)
  • Teams will play their 8 games over 4 weekends (No games on Easter)
  • Games will be held on Sunday
