Introducing the First Ever Defense Academy!
Defense Academy is a specialized training event designed to sharpen defensive skills in a focused, small-group setting. Held indoors at the Steelyard, this format emphasizes footwork, positioning, stick work, and defensive IQ, helping defenders improve their overall field lacrosse game. While the environment is indoors, all instruction is tailored for field lacrosse players.
The academy will be made up of two sessions, with one session per age group each day:

Grades 5–8 (2033–2030): 8:00–10:00 AM

Grades 9–12 (2029–2026): 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
