NXT Boys Lacrosse is the premier club lacrosse program in Pennsylvania, committed to developing athletes and preparing them for success at the high school, collegiate, and national levels.
Since being founded in 2010, more than 300 NXT athletes have gone on to play college lacrosse. Each year, NXT fields graduation year-based teams for advanced youth, middle school, and high school players. Every NXT team is coached by experienced coaches creating a structured, competitive, and development-focused environment for every athlete in the program.

Year-Round Training
NXT teams train year-round with consistent coaching and development opportunities throughout the fall, winter, spring, and summer.
Training takes place at premier facilities including Proving Grounds and Episcopal Academy allowing players access to high-level environments and structured instruction across every season.
Our schedule is intentionally designed to support multi-sport athletes while still providing consistent development and elite-level training opportunities.

Professional Educators & Coaching Staff
NXT’s coaching staff features current high school and college coaches, including 8 current or former college coaches, along with former high-level college players who bring valuable experience to every team.

Every NXT high school player receives a free membership to SportsRecruits, one of the nation’s most trusted recruiting platforms.

Individual Evaluations & Feedback
Every middle school and high school player receives an individual evaluation following the fall season. These evaluations focus on:
