We Train More.
Box lacrosse is fast, physical and demanding. With a 30-second shot clock, smaller goals and constant pressure, players get more touches, more decisions and more opportunities to create.
But those skills don’t develop by simply showing up for games.
Our program is built around training. Players learn the techniques, concepts and habits of the indoor game before being expected to execute them in competition. The goal is to take what they learn inside and make them better, more complete lacrosse players everywhere.
Our mantra: We train more.
Built to Develop Players
Safety and development go hand in hand at Phila Box. Athletic trainers are present at every practice, and players are introduced to equipment and the physical side of the game progressively throughout the season.
As players develop, they’ll work toward playing in full equipment and under official box lacrosse rules, with goalie equipment provided by the program.
