“What worked for Lawrence and his business partners was that they took NXT more seriously than their competitors took their projects. The organization currently has 20 full-time staff members working out of an office in Conshohocken, while other Philadelphia-area club teams might only have one or two full-time employees… He put more time and energy into his project, hiring the best local coaches available and teaching athletes techniques typically taught to kids older than they were. Today, Lawrence is the president and executive VP of boys lacrosse.”
