3Step Sports, Lacrosse America and NXT are excited to welcome Marisa “Reese” Lozano to the Sales team. A longtime member of the lacrosse community, Reese brings a unique combination of playing, coaching, club and sales experience to the organization.
A Pittsburgh native and Penn State alum, Reese attended Sewickley Academy and went on to play attack at Penn State. Following her playing career, she coached at George Washington University and with a Philadelphia-area club program before transitioning into team sales.
Reese brings more than a decade of experience in lacrosse sales, account management, and partnerships, including her time as a sales associate with Capelli Sport. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with clubs, organizations, and partners across the country, including collaborations with USA Lacrosse and lacrosse programs nationwide.
“I am thrilled to join the 3Step Sports events sales team, and I look forward to helping grow the already strong portfolio of lacrosse events within NXT Sports and Lacrosse America,” said Reese Lozano. “I am excited to build upon my existing club relationships and make new ones while creating exceptional event experiences for athletes and families across the country.”
Her experience on both sides of the game gives Reese a unique understanding of the club lacrosse landscape and what organizations need on the field, in their operations, and from their business partnerships.
“Reese brings an incredible combination of lacrosse experience, relationships, and business expertise to our team,” said NXT Sports Presidents Peter Lawrence and Candace Bossell. “Her understanding of the club landscape and her ability to build strong partnerships will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow our events, programs, and relationships across the lacrosse community.”
Sports have always been a family affair for Reese. Her father is a DII collegiate soccer coach who has been in the role for more than 30 years, while her sister coached collegiate lacrosse at Penn and sister-in-law is currently the head coach at Rutgers.
And for those who get to know Reese, there’s one important piece of information to know: she’s a longtime Chicago Bulls fan and believes Michael Jordan is the GOAT.
Reese will be working across the 3Step Sports, Lacrosse America, and NXT sales teams, helping strengthen relationships with clubs, organizations, and partners throughout the lacrosse community.
